Multi-storey residential house with the trade and service centers «Cul dushanbE» is located in I. Somoni districts of Dushanbe, which is one of the most beautiful, modern, cultural and dynamic area of the city. Not far from the projected area the construction of a complex of multi-storey residential buildings in a progress with the trade and service centers. Complex «Cul dushanbE» is building based on the intersection of the streets N. Karaboev and S. Sherozi, i.e close to the roundabout o the aforementioned streets. Building plot is located on the west side of the existing building of the State Circus.
«Cul dushanbE» project includes two high-rise residential towers with the height of 17 floors respectively combined with the common public trade buildings. The building has two underground floors, which is intended for parking cars. On the 16th and 17th floors of both towers there are two-level apartments with a yard on the last floor.
The complex is divided floor by floors according to the following functionality:
• for example, two underground floors are designed for the full day car park (parking) for the best convenience of the residents of the two towers.
• The first floor of the complex is the trade - service centers with an area of about 1,500 m2. There is store of food and nonfood goods, hall for national and other activities.
• On the second floor there are kindergartens with open playgrounds on the operated roof of the first floor and the ground for walking and relaxation of the residents of the towers.
• From the third to the last floors there are social flats of various sizes and facilities.
