RESPONSIBILITY
• Design of buildings and structures;
• Maintenance and consultation of project documentation from the concept to working documents and architectural supervision;
• Coordinated project management with the Chief Project Engineer and the Chief Project Architect, as well as with all specialists;
• Ensuring a high and efficient technical and economic level of the designed facilities (together with the GIP and the GAP);
• Professional knowledge of the LIRA program, constructive calculation of a building of any complexity, preparation of drawings in CAD format, etc.;
• Knowledge of Tajik and world modern engineering, as well as architecture;
• Full verification of all sections of the working draft, as well as synchronization, compliance and execution of all sections of the working drafts for compliance with regulatory documents, etc.;

REQUIREMENTS
• Higher engineering education is mandatory;
• At least 2 years of experience as a designer is required;
• Experience in the definition of structural schemes and its development from the stage of "project" to the stage of "working documentation" is required;
• Excellent knowledge of regulatory documents (MKSH CHT, SNiP, etc.) is required;
• Professional knowledge of programs LIRA, AutoCAD, REVIT, MS Office (Word, Excel) is obligatory;
• Communication skills, flexibility, ability to work in a team is a must;
• Responsible, accountable, especially the ability to anticipate risks and resolve all constructive issues in projects;
• Ability to work with a team of engineers and architects is a must;
• Professional and creative thinking, technical solution of the designed building through innovation, etc.;

DUTY

• Preparation of detailed tasks for 3D visualizers, including models, sweeps, color selections;
• Selection of finishing materials, furniture, appliances, decoration, etc .;
• Coordinated project management with the Chief Project Architect or Chief Project Engineer;
• Communication and coordination with the customer and builders (experience is strictly required);
• Conducting field supervision in a team with a picking manager;

REQUIREMENTS
• Higher specialized architectural education;
• Minimum 1 year experience as a designer in a studio;
• Confident user of AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3ds Max, Corel Draw and other necessary programs;
• Knowledge of the market of finishing materials, furniture, lighting and sanitary ware;
• Simultaneously conduct 2-4 projects at different stages;
• Desire to make cool interiors like us, or maybe even better;
• Ability to work in the absence of constant control, independently understand the task at hand, analyze and identify missing information;
• Probationary period - 1 month (not paid);
