"SIYOMA" WATER PRODUCTION PLANT

ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING AGENCY FOR NUCLEAR AND RADIATION SAFETY
The working project "Construction of the administrative building of the Agency for Nuclear and Radiation Safety of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan, located on B. Gafurov Street in Boston" is based on the Decree of the Mayor of Boston No. 345 dated October 19, 2017. When defining the image of a building under construction, the use of modern architecture with the use of modern building materials was developed.
Based on the above, the facade of the building is decorated with large mirrors and high quality travertine plaster.
We would like to remind you that the ideas of the Client and the Council of Architects (especially the Chief Architect of Boston) were also taken into account when making the decision, that is, when determining the design and design of the building.
In the plan, the developed building has a rectangular shape.

Complex "STELLA DANGARA"
DANGARA is located in the southwestern part of the Republic of Tajikistan and has an ancient history. The economy of Dangar consists of three main types: agriculture, industry and energy. Based on the foregoing, the philosophy of our project consists of three symbolic towers, which represent the three economic directions of the city of DANGAR.
The yellow tower is a symbol of agriculture

and the blue tower is a symbol of energy that unites all power.
All construction materials used for this complex are made in the city of Dangara.
One of the advantages of this project is that in the blue tower - a symbol of energy is the provision of solar panels and wind generators. Thus, we can fully provide the complex with electricity and, in addition, extract part of it to other objects.

It is the most precious, priceless blessing that everyone needs as much as air and water. And we should keep this great gift as the apple of our eye. For its stability and durability it is always necessary to make an effort.
To express this garden and architectural complex, the symbol of "Independence and Freedom" - the most precious, strongest and most beautiful unique diamond, we have taken as the basis of the philosophy of our project. It is also very difficult to get this rare stone, and we all know what difficulties and at what price our independence and freedom came into the hands of the Tajiks.
Based on the above, the architectural size of the symbol of "Independence and Freedom" is a diamond. The height of RAMZ is 210 meters, which is not unreasonable. If we look at the appearance of the symbol, it consists of several different levels. These levels also include philosophy or reference, historical and cultural values, and the nation's past. The first level of the architectural complex of the symbol of "Independence and Freedom" according to the project, is 10 meters high, and in our opinion it is an expression of the foundation of the Tajik state, laid during the Samanids, a reference to the Samanids, state pillars and history. This is to say that at the same time they laid a solid and lasting foundation for future Tajiks… The second level, measuring 5 meters, represents the first five years of the most difficult days of the new Tajik state since independence. . It is also expressed for the second time in the resurrection and re-formation of the foundations of the state. Because in these years, a number of great events and great deeds have been done, which have led to all the achievements of today. The third level - 35 meters is accepted, which is a reference to the present day, ie 30 years of Independence of the state, which is growing and progressing from year to year, month to month, day to day. In the Code, these words are being built as a strong and solid structure or pillar, which will serve as a platform or platform for future generations to perpetuate the state of Tajikistan. The fourth level of the complex - 90 meters, is an expression of the rapid development of the state and its people, the peace of the state in the future. According to the project, in addition, this structure is a symbol of the prosperity of the state and can be opened and closed as a flower at different times and when necessary. The fifth level is designed with a height of 10 meters and is represented as the nigin of the state. The sixth level is 30 meters, which indicates the progress of the state, its stability and power. The last level is the light of Tajikistan, the use and creation of new technologies and a step into the future.
And in general, RAMZ represents each of the different periods, from the time of the garden to the Samanids and from then until the independence of the state and complete freedom, and finally the permanence and eternity of this ancient, invincible, powerful state. There is also a GARDEN around the symbol - an expression of culture, history, ethnography, humanity and generosity of this hospitable nation.
The project envisages a magnificent wall-mounted square called “Nigoriston” next to this architectural complex with a proportionate stage. This mural is decorated with natural stones of Sughd, Khatlon and Badakhshan.
Now, if we pay attention to the garden of this complex, we will see the road with an oval shape. This road is intended to be used for the movement of people and equipment during the official state ceremonies. In addition, it is an expression of the size of the eye, in the center of which is a Tajik diamond, designed as the cradle of this eye. The four additional roads leading to the center from the four directions of the park and crossing the oval road symbolize the fact that Tajikistan consists of four provinces and show the integrity of the state and its stability.

Recreation area "Malika"
The recreation area GUSGARF - is a private, cultural and educational, and specialized complex, which mostly is designed for a short-term rest for everyone. The area is located not far from Dushanbe, at 21 kilometer of the main road Dushanbe - Khujand. The plot in terms of geographical area is a very comfortable place. According to the situation, there is Varzob River on the eastern part of the territory and from the western part there are low mountains with densely populated trees of different species.
But, in this area there are no zones with the characteristics and purpose, as well as the level of service. According to the project there is number of separate buildings and constructions in the area. All buildings and structures foreseen are an integral part of the complex and there are buildings and structures, such as the kitchen block, a hotel unit for 50 places, separate sleeping blocks of different levels and comfort, rooms for conferences, a hall and canopy for cultural activities, different site, including children and other…
The structure consists mainly of two-storey volume with basement spaces. There are also four-storeyed buildings. Form of the complex is selected based on the areas. The architecture of the buildings is made in the style of the Middle Ages. Construction materials are mainly taken on the basis of local traditions and resources.

In a view of the foregoing the experts when determining the architectural and spatial scope of the complex were inspired by the national traditional construction and chose it as the philosophical basis of their project. If to look at the exterior view of the complex, one can clearly see the perimeter construction with the courtyard. The reason for such using of the idea came with the study of the construction to the present days.
Since from the history everyone knows that in the territory of Tajikistan and in general in Central Asia the perimetric construction with an internal courtyard is one of the traditional building principles of the Tajik nation and as the whole of Central Asia. This principle of the construction exists and is the most widespread from the ancient centuries and up to the present time. As example one can note the construction of ancient cities of Persian-Tajiks, such as Khujand, Istaravshan, Samarkand, Bukhara, Khiva, Khulbuk, Penjekent, Zarafshan and others.
The design takes into account the climatic conditions and requirements of Tajikistan, in particular Dushanbe city, precisely this location of buildings has come based on the climatic conditions. With this principle, our specialists provided each building with natural light, insolation, ventilation and others, which is necessary to create a microclimate. First of all, with the arrangement of individual units, all fire regulations are fully observed. The design also fully takes into account the situation of the territory, and the relief of the selected site is used maximally reasonable. This is one of the factors for reducing the cost of construction of this complex.

SPORT COMPLEX «TOJ ARENA»
In developing this design the specialists suggested their ideas first to the task-requirements and functional purpose of the complex. The project basis has its own philosophy. That is, the development of the architectural volume of the complex is defined based on a functional purpose and a vivid ideology.
In view of the foregoing the experts when determining the architectural and spatial volume of the complex chose the image of SUNFLOWER as the philosophical basis of their project. If to look at the exterior view of the sports complex, one can clearly see the blooming sunflower.
It is notorious that Dushanbe and in general the Republic of Tajikistan is called as the SUNNY country. It is not surprising that, in many cases, from the point of view of the world opinion and especially of guests who for the first time visit our city or country "Dushanbe is called as a city of sun", "and Tajikistan as a sunny country".

According to the project the following is provided on the territory of the complex: 12 pieces of three and four-storied educational group-separate blocks, 2 pieces three-storied cultural and sports buildings, 3 pieces of four and six-storied administrative, educational and methodical building, an inner yard with a seasonal garden for walking and natural science practicing, winter gardens, sports grounds for different purposes, summer children's playgrounds, temporary parking areas for visitors and parking for workers separately, sites for various creative art and artistic classes, as well as for various competitions and classes of cultural, intellectual, aesthetic and artistic purposes.
The projected complex includes all development, modern systems and technological equipment. The project provides for all existing standards, the use of energy efficient equipment, etc...
