The five-storey residential building with the shopping center is located in Rudaki district, Choryakkoron village, which is currently one of the most dynamically developing suburb areas of Dushanbe town. Residential building is constructed along the main street Alisher Navoi. This street is the north-eastern bypass road. Presently this district is builting up very quickly. In addition to this project the constriction of multi-storey and tallest buildings of different purposes is in progress.
The project is a five-storey residential building with a basement. There are trading stores on the ground floor. The basement serves as a warehouse and technical floor. The building is designed with two and three room’s apartments of various sizes.
The architecture is based on a national and modern trend. The style is taken in hi-tech minimalism.
