Prior the development of the design project of this object all the floors were without planning decisions. According to the instructions of the Client we had to develop five types of apartments. Three of them were typical and the two of them were pent-houses. Pent-house is located on the top floor of the existing building- Business Center “Sozidanie”. This complex is the first and the only business center class "A" in Dushanbe. Based on the above architecture and style of the interiors was chosen according to the existing building and functionality of the building purpose.
Design is made in hi-tech style with modern, ecological and high-quality materials, and furniture and equipment. In general, interior was practically created from the selection and arrangement of furniture and equipment. The version “STUDIO” was accreted in planning terms. According to the design the sleeping quarters, bathrooms and working office are separated for privacy and functional use.
