Prior to the development of the project design of the object all the floors were without the planning decisions. According to the instructions of the Client we had to develop on the ground floor the large brand store and representation of the cellular company, on the second floor - boutiques shop and from the third to the sixth floors - three types of apartments.
Design is made in the style of classic, high-tech and minimalist using modern, ecological and high-quality materials as well as furniture and equipment. Basically and in general, the interior is practically created from the selection and arrangement of furniture and equipment. The planning decision has different options.
