The designed five-storey residential building with shopping center on the ground floor is located on the right bank of Dushanbinka River in the microdistrict No 62 in Borbad Street not far from the Theater “Tajikistan”. The site as per the plan has a trapezoidal shape with a total area of 2584,44 m2, where the area of 408 m2 is allocated land for construction, and the rest of the adjoining part with the 2176.44 m2 area is provided for the territory landscaping.
«Orange Center» project includes five above-ground residential floors with the trade shop on the ground floor and auxiliary rooms for the trading shop in the basement. According to the design the building includes one-room flat, two–room flat and three –room flat.
