This private house of the suburban type is located in the center of Varzob-Kala village of Varzob district. According to the situation, the site is located at the 30 km highway-Dushanbe-Khujand. The construction site is complex. The boundaries of the site are the following: from the north there is soil road leading to the village-settlement, from the east and west there is the apartment block and from the south - soil road and apartment block. The entry to the territory is made from the north road.
The free site development is planting with decorative and fruit trees and shrubs. It is stipulated by the project to hard coating: concrete driveways, sidewalks from the tiles type “Margaritki” (Daisy).
The designed residential building is a two-storeyed building with mansard and basement floors. When forming an image of residential building the neoclassical style was applied, that is "ECLECTIC", as well as the Client idea was taken into account when forming the planning (functional) scheme. As for the façade the authors are continuing their idea of application of neoclassical elements in the form of volume or flat geometrized elements. Giving the above said the facade compositionally has frame stand, which is decorated with the contours of the window openings and the corners of the building. The final composition volume is on the mansard floor, which is decorated with traditional arched window to illuminate the room in this floor.
In planning terms the residential building has a rectangular shape with a projection from the front side of the building in the form of a rectangle, which serves as a summer residence for resting. On the right side (wing) of the designed building there is a terrace (summerhouse) with the size of 4,5x4,40 m.
