This private house of backyard type which is located in the elite microdistrict of Dushanbe. According to the Master Plan of the city, it is stipulated in this area to construct the low-rise private houses of backyard type. At the time of designing this site was located in the neighboring Rudaki district. But soon this area will be included in the balance of the city. The architecture of the house is taken based on traditions and culture of our region. In the planning term the national treasure is not forgotten.
