This designed building is located 3 kilometers from the west of Vahdat town, in the village of Zarnisor (Dzharboshi). The territory refers to the low-rise residential sector of the region. The basis for the construction of the building rose due to the fact that there is no the service points and pharmacies in this area at all. The building is two-storey. The ground floor was designed with the arrangement of the stores and pharmacies while the second floor with the small health care center. The building is small, it may be said even little the size of which is 9,0х6,0 m.
The architecture is made with high-tech minimalism with the use of large glazed openings.
