YOVAR TRADING CENTER is a specialized large trade center of meat products in Dushanbe, which corresponds to rules and regulations not only of the Republic, but also abroad. According to the Master Plan of the city this center is located in the central part of Dushanbe. This area prior to the design was abandoned, unimproved, i.e. served as the garbage area. In this area there are objects of national importance. Not far from the complex there are buildings such as the general prosecutor's office, the cultural complex "Navruzgoh", the Presidential Palace with the service complex, leisure, events to be conducted by the Hukumat the Republic of Tajikistan. In addition not far from the territory the construction of the of the first luxury residential complex with trade and service centers is in progress.
But, in this area there is no building with such specific and purpose. With this project, our team was given the task to create the first specific complex - meat products, which not only sells, but the center itself has to produce it, cut, prepare and wholesale to the population of the city. These services are provided in other projects, and located in different places, according to the destination.
According to this project, the complex consists of three separate blocks. Each block has a specific purpose. There is a restaurant, supermarket, wholesale department, refrigerators, and other necessary facilities in these blocks.
The structure consists of a single-storeyed volume with basement spaces. Form the complex is selected based on areas. Architecture buildings is taken in high-tech style with bright colors shades.
