The designed five floor residential house with shop is located on the right side of Lomonosov Street on the territory of microdistrict No.3 of Tusrunzade district. The site in planning term has a rectangular form with total area of 3560 m2 including allocated territory for construction of residential house with 2400 m2. Construction-free site is planted with green decorative trees and bushes.
Residential building is a five-storeyed building with a basement floor. The rationale for the formation of an image of an apartment house was to use of the traditions of Tajik architectural décor, where octagon - "Gireh" is the basis of most ornamental motifs of paintings in houses, mosques, palaces and other public buildings, starting from the IX to the XX century. On the facade the authors are continuing the idea of application of the Tajik ornamental motifs in the form of volume or flat geometrized elements, as well as application of colors of the national character. Giving the above said, the facade compositionally mark national octahedral pattern which decorate the contours of the window openings. Color solution of the building is also accepted on the basis of a traditional nature (blue-violet shades).
The residential house in planning terms has the rectangular shape with projection from the front side and the rectangular shape from the back sides. According to the project the basement floor of the building has the storage space for the store which is located on the ground floor. There are trade (multipurpose) rooms on the ground floor. From the second to fifth floors there are residential apartments consisting of one-, two- and three- rooms.
