The building is located in the northern part of our country, namely Sughd Region, Spitamen district, Saidkurgon Jamoat (village). The place of building is a native village of the Client. The building has three above-ground floors and one underground floor with appropriate facilities to serve the population. The building has a medical purpose, i.e. a mini clinic with medical and preventive and short break for the region. The architecture of the building is chosen based on the mentality of the region, the existing buildings and the construction area, as well as the tasks from the Client and executive authorities for design. In planning term the building has a rectangular shape with a size of 15x20 meters.
