The project of an individual residential house was developed based on the assignment provided by the Client. There are three separate buildings on the territory of the residential house: the buildings of a residential house, rest and auxiliary purposes.
The residential house designed has 2 (two) floors with a basement and (mansard). In a plan, it has a rectangular shape. The recreational facility is one-storied in a plan with a rectangular shape.
When determining the image of the designed building, the eclectic style is applied using the modern building materials. We would like to remind that when deciding the volume and building layout, the Client’s ideas are also taken into account.
