Hotel “KARON PALACE” is located in the center of Darvoz district, Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region. This project is executed by the order and tasks of the representative of the «STAR PALAS HTL» Company. According to the project the building consists of five floors. Each floor is designed as per the functional purpose. The basement is designed as a warehouse, technical and serviced floor with staff rooms.
On the ground floor there is a double-height reception, cafeteria, small restaurant with a kitchen, conference hall and administration. And from the second to fifth floors the hotel rooms are designed with different levels. There is also one presidential suite.
The roof is designed with a universal playground for conduction of various events and meetings with a bar counter. Architecture, i.e. the volume of the building is made in a modern Hi-Tech style with national elements, which is characteristic for our region and country. This architecture was chosen by our experts on the basis of location and situation. It should be noted that not far from the building the construction of another building is in progress which was also designed by our architectural bureau.
