Shopping Center “ANISA” is located in the center of Dushanbe, which is one of the most beautiful, modern, cultural and dynamically developing area of the city. Not far from the objects the construction of multi-storey buildings is in a rapid progress. The construction of multi-storey residential building has been recently completed, which is located on the western part of the project which raised the need for construction of the above mentioned shopping center. According to the Master Plan of Dushanbe, the construction site is located on the first circle of the city.
