Multi-functional complex with a production and storage facilities is located in the western part of Dushanbe. According to the Master Plan of the city the zone is the industrial production area. The plot of land with an area of 7.46 hectares was allocated for construction of this multifunctional complex.
According to the design project the allocated land plot includes five separate blocks. Number of storeys in the building is made in accordance with the purpose and functionality of the complex. The buildings and facilities like hotel for truckers, administrative building with the dining room, three freestanding storage rooms, maintenance area, production shop, parking for cars and trucks, etc. have been foreseen in the territory.
