PRE-SCHOOL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION COMPLEX «MEHRI MODAR»

In developing this project the specialists presented their ideas first of all on the task-requirements and functional purpose of the complex. The design basis has its own philosophy, that is, the development of the architectural volume of the complex is determined based on the functional purpose and a vivid ideology.

In a view of the foregoing the experts when determining the architectural and spatial scope of the complex were inspired by the national traditional construction and children's multicolored game blocks and chose it as the philosophical basis of their project. In addition, the architectural scope was also determined from the functional purpose of the complex. If to look at the exterior view of the complex, one can clearly see the perimeter construction with the courtyard and multi-colored cubic (cubes).
Since from the history everyone knows that in the territory of Tajikistan and in general in Central Asia the perimetric construction with an internal courtyard is one of the traditional building principles of the Tajik nation and as the whole of Central Asia. This principle of the construction exists and is the most widespread from the ancient centuries and up to the present time.

The design takes into account the climatic conditions and requirements of Tajikistan, in particular Dushanbe city, precisely this location of buildings has come based on the climatic conditions. With this principle, our specialists provided each building with natural light,
insolation, ventilation and others, which is necessary to create a microclimate. In addition, we have provided each building with safe engineering networks, that is, each block has its separate security.

First of all, with the arrangement of individual units, all fire regulations are fully observed. The design also fully takes into account the situation of the territory, and the relief of the selected site is used maximally reasonable. This is one of the factors for reducing the cost of construction of this complex. The complex according to the task-requirements and from the point of view of the purpose is divided into several functional areas.

According to the project the following is provided on the territory of the complex: 12 pieces of three and four-storied educational group-separate blocks, 2 pieces three-storied cultural and sports buildings, 3 pieces of four and six-storied administrative, educational and methodical building, an inner yard with a seasonal garden for walking and natural science practicing, winter gardens, sports grounds for different purposes, summer children's playgrounds, temporary parking areas for visitors and parking for workers separately, sites for various creative art and artistic classes, as well as for various competitions and classes of cultural, intellectual, aesthetic and artistic purposes.

The projected complex includes all development, modern systems and technological equipment. The project provides for all existing standards, the use of energy efficient equipment, etc...
